Tea Plantations
Tea fields cover the highland slopes in dense, cultivated patterns. Rows of plants, paths and changing elevations give the landscape a clear structure while workers and small details retain its human scale.

Nine Arch Bridge
Completed in 1921, the Nine Arch Bridge near Ella is a colonial-era railway viaduct built from stone, brick and cement. Its repeated arches create a strong graphic structure, while the railway line and dense vegetation keep it rooted in the highland landscape.
